Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms: To confirm and secure your desired session date with Zay Monae Photography, a deposit of 50% is required within 24 hours of booking. The balance of your payment must be completed 72 hours before your shoot begins to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.​ Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans can change. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance. As a gesture of our commitment to flexibility and customer satisfaction, Zay Monae Photography offers a one-time courtesy rescheduling option. Please be aware that failure to notify us within the specified timeframe or to utilize your courtesy reschedule will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please note that we do not offer refunds as part of our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these terms to ensure an enjoyable and successful photography experience.
