Zay Monae curated her first Photo Walk Exhibition, in collaboration with Valence Projects, featuring the works of photographers who attended the Slauson, Crenshaw, and Inglewood Photo Walks in 2025. The exhibition showcased 65 artists and over 80 pieces of art displayed at Rios located in Leimert Park.

 

The Photo Walk Exhibition's closing reception included a panel with Zay Monae, Mark Bryd of Compton Museum, Jocelyn Chambers of BLK EVENTS LA, Josiah Jones of Valence Projects, and moderated by Myko Lyric of LA Sentinel. The exhibition brought out hundreds of guests and showcased the plethora of talent and beauty within our community.
