All print sales are final. Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zaymonae.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or, when appropriate, issue a refund.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@zaymonae.com so we can assist with filing a claim or determining the next steps.
